Service Guarantee & Refund Terms

At Keystone Outdoor Recreation, we stand behind the quality of our RV and camper repair services. This refund policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and transparent service standards.

Service Warranty

  • Labor Warranty: All labor is guaranteed for 90 days from completion date. If the same issue reoccurs within this period due to our workmanship, we will repair it at no charge.
  • Parts & Materials: Parts installed by our technicians carry the manufacturer's warranty. Extended warranties are available for major components.
  • Diagnostic Services: Diagnostic fees are applied toward repair costs when work is completed within 30 days of diagnosis.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Pre-Service Cancellation: Full refund if service is cancelled before work begins.
  • Quality Issues: Partial or full refund if work does not meet agreed specifications or is performed incorrectly.
  • Unused Services: Refund for prepaid services not performed within 12 months of payment.
  • Duplicate Charges: Immediate refund for any billing errors or duplicate charges.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our service team within 30 days of service completion to discuss any concerns.
  2. Documentation: Provide service documentation, photos of issues (if applicable), and detailed explanation of concerns.
  3. Review Process: Our service manager will review your case and may schedule a follow-up inspection.
  4. Resolution: We will work to resolve the issue through repair, credit, or refund within 5-7 business days of approval.

Refund Limitations

Please note the following limitations:

  • Refunds are not available for services that show normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period.
  • Issues arising from customer misuse, neglect, or modification of repaired components are not covered.
  • Refunds may be prorated based on the extent of satisfactory work completed.
  • Travel charges and diagnostic fees are non-refundable unless service was not performed as agreed.

Emergency Services

For emergency RV repair services performed outside normal business hours:

  • Emergency service charges are non-refundable once work commences.
  • Standard warranty terms apply regardless of service timing.
  • Follow-up warranty work will be scheduled during regular business hours at no additional travel charge.

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage and refund eligibility:

  • Follow all maintenance recommendations provided during service.
  • Report issues promptly to allow for timely resolution.
  • Keep service records and warranty documentation for reference.
  • Allow reasonable access for warranty repairs or follow-up inspections.

Important: This refund policy is part of our service agreement. By authorizing work, you acknowledge understanding of these terms. We reserve the right to modify this policy with 30 days notice for new customers.
