Welcome to Keystone Outdoor Recreation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Agreement

Service Scope

Keystone Outdoor Recreation provides RV and camper repair, maintenance, and related services. All work is performed by certified technicians using industry-standard practices and quality parts.

Estimates and Authorization

  • Written estimates are provided for all work exceeding $500
  • Customer authorization is required before proceeding with repairs
  • Additional work discovered during service requires separate authorization
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Financing options available for qualified customers
  • Deposits may be required for large repair projects
  • Overdue accounts may incur additional charges

Service Protection

Labor Protection

All labor is warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation.

Parts Protection

Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications, typically 6-24 months. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.

Service Protection Conditions

  • Warranty applies only to work performed by our facility
  • Customer must provide proof of service and warranty
  • Warranty void if repairs performed elsewhere
  • Normal maintenance required to maintain warranty

Customer Responsibilities

Vehicle Condition

  • Customer must accurately describe vehicle condition
  • All personal belongings must be removed before service
  • Customer responsible for items left in vehicle
  • Vehicle must be in safe condition for road testing

Maintenance Requirements

  • Follow manufacturer recommended maintenance schedules
  • Use proper fuel and fluids as specified
  • Report issues promptly to prevent further damage
  • Maintain proper tire pressure and alignment

Service Limitations

Exclusions

Our warranty and service does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear items (tires, brakes, batteries)
  • Damage from rodents, insects, or weather
  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed
  • Modifications made by other facilities

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including parts shortages, labor disputes, or natural disasters.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damage to personal property in vehicles
  • Compensatory damages exceeding service cost

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

Legal Venue

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania. This agreement is governed by Pennsylvania state law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
